Your investment will offer everything African Bush life-style stands

We offer you 40 stands of 1 hectare each. These stands
are sectional title. You are free to choose a 2- bedroom/2 bathroom
or a 3-bedroom/3 bathroom house. You still have the
opportunity to buy an existing house or to have your house built.
To maintain image of Silonque Bush Estate the outside of the houses
is uniform. However, you can freely determine the design of the inside
of your house. No stands may be fenced.

On the estate you can enjoy delightful encounters with the
animals that roam the estate freely.
The number of chalets is limited in order to preserve the bush-veld
and the estate’s milieu.

The
chalets are designed to accommodate the guests for leisure and
build by using natural materials such as slate
and wood. The wrap -around veranda’s are covered by extended

Home-owners association
As an owner of a house in Silonque Bush Estate you will become a member
of this association.
As a member of this association you will receive the following:
- electricity supply
- water supply
- wireless internet connection
- membership Gym Spa |
- 24/7 security at the entrance of the estate
- usage of the swimming pools and tennis court
- maintenance and use of common areas |
The
yearly levy is R 26250.00.
At this moment numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 are sold.
Price of the houses
Payment schedule in case you buy an existing house is 100% at signing.
In case the house still has to be built the payment schedule is as follows:
40% at signing, 20% at foundation, 20% at roof and 20% at delivery.
Return on investment
If you are interested Silonque Bush Estate can manage the rental of
your house.
